Quality control

Through extensive and constantly upgraded quality control over recent years, Nevaton has reached and maintains a very high manufacturing standard. Each microphone is tuned and messured by Brüel & Kjær equipement and runs through several testing routines in one of Europe`s biggest anechoic chambers, which they have on site in their factory, before it is delivered to customers. Additionally NEVATON.EUROPE is testing each microphone in our own studio.

WARRANTY

All our microphones and accessories are delivered with an extanded manufacturers warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Please include a brief description of the warranty issue and a copy of the sales slip or any other proof of your purchase.

Please notice:

Only the original purchaser may enforce this warranty. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the unit will be repaired or replaced at Nevaton`s discretion. This warranty does not apply to damage or deterioration resulting from normal wear, abuse, misuse, shipping damage or failure to use the microphones in accordance with any provided instructions.
